This Saturday, January 1st between 11:30 PM PT and 2:00 AM PT we will be performing fibre upgrades to ensure our service continues to stay fast and reliable. During this maintenance period, your internet connection may be intermittent for short periods of 5-10 minutes.
We do not anticipate any other downtime as a result of these processes. However, customers are advised to take precautions against longer interruptions due to the sensitive nature of the work being done.
