Monitoring Intermittent Incoming Calls

We are currently aware of a possible intermittent incoming call issue that is affecting certain inbound calls from completing.

We believe it is related to one of our carrier partners maintenance that happened last night. We have escalated the issue to them and are awaiting their response and resolution.

Callers may receive a no connection response, intermittent call completion or dropped audio.

06/15/2022 12:09:00 The carrier has implemented a workaround to resolve the issue temporarily. They are continuing to work on a permanent fix. But in the meantime calls should complete as normal.

We will continue to closely monitor, and will advise once they have implemented the permanent fix.
