We will be performing scheduled maintenance aligned with a planned maintenance window from one of our upstream transit providers, allowing us to perform network optimization work in coordination to minimize additional disruption.
This work includes a required firmware upgrade as part of our ongoing EVPN network upgrade and optimization efforts.
As part of this maintenance, we will also temporarily withdraw select peering sessions, including VANIX, to optimize traffic paths during the maintenance window.
Maintenance Window
March 29, 2026
11:00 PM - 6:00 AM PT
The upstream carrier maintenance window is scheduled for approximately 5 hours. Our planned work is expected to be completed within approximately 10 minutes, and will occur near the beginning of the maintenance window (approximately 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM PT).
Expected Impact:
Most customers: No service impact expected. Some traffic may experience brief BGP reconvergence as routes shift.
Customers with services directly terminating on affected switches: May experience a brief service interruption during portions of the maintenance window. Customers expected to experience service impact will receive additional direct communication.
Traffic engineering and failover paths are in place to minimize disruption wherever possible.
Updates will be posted on our status page (status.cloudsdingularity.net) as maintenance progresses.
Every step will be taken to minimize disruption during this work.

We would like to provide an update regarding the previously announced maintenance.
The upstream carrier has cancelled their planned maintenance window. As a result, we will be rescheduling our maintenance to a new date.
Planned Start: April 7, 2026 11:00PM
Expected End: April 8, 2026 3:00AM
This maintenance will proceed independently and is part of our ongoing network upgrades and optimization efforts.
Customers with expected service impact will continue to be notified directly, and the updated window will apply to that previously communicated impact.
If you did not receive a direct service impact notification, no impact to your services is expected.
