As part of our ongoing network modernization efforts, we will be performing scheduled maintenance Sunday, March 1st between 12:00AM and 2:00AM PT to continue transitioning our core infrastructure to an EVPN-VXLAN architecture.

We would like to clarify that this EVPN-related work has been previously planned and is not related to any recent service events.
Additionally, as a follow-up to our most recent incident, we will be implementing preliminary network path optimizations designed to further enhance upstream diversity and resiliency.
Maintenance Window:

This maintenance is not expected to be service impacting. All changes will be performed in a controlled and redundant manner to maintain service continuity. While no disruption is anticipated, brief and isolated reconvergence events are possible during the window. Customers are advised to take precautions against longer interruptions due to the sensitive nature of the work being done.
Please note that as we continue migrating to the new EVPN architecture, additional maintenance windows will be scheduled over the coming weeks and months. Similarly, continued network path improvements will require future maintenance windows as we further optimize upstream diversity and resiliency. Advance notice will be provided for all scheduled work.

YVR1 Datacentre
As part of a recent security upgrade to YVR1 facility access control system, all customers are required to re-enroll their biometric credentials (fingerprints), effective immediately.
Your existing physical access fob will remain unchanged and will continue to provide access to the outer building doors. However, re-enrollment is required before you will be able to access the inner datacentre doors.

What to Bring: One piece of government-issued photo ID
The enrollment process only takes a few minutes, but we recommend completing it at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruption to your access.
